Airlift Hope

Airlift Hope is available to ambulatory outpatients departing from North Carolina and Tennessee needing transportation for medical evaluation, diagnosis or treatment. Patients must be ambulatory, and require no medical care en route. They can only assist when the destination is within a few hundred miles.

TennCare Medicaid

TennCare Medicaid covers children under age 21, women who are pregnant, parents or caretakers of a minor child (The child must live with you and be a close relative.), women who need treatment for breast or cervical cancer, people who get or have gotten an SSI check (Supplemental Security Income), and those in nursing homes or receiving long-term care.
