• Offers listings of government approved agencies that offer advice on foreclosure prevention, as well as other information and resources
• Provide a schedule of home preservation clinics and fairs

Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA

• A HUD-certified nonprofit nationally recognized as the largest organization in assisting homeowners with unaffordable mortgages
• Will work to restructure your existing mortgage by permanently reducing the interest rate to achieve an affordable mortgage payment

LA County Housing Resource Center

• Offers a variety of information and resources concerning foreclosure-related issues  
• Provides links to housing counseling agencies at the local, state and national levels
