THE ACTORS FUND AND THOMAS SAFRAN & ASSOCIATES BREAK GROUND ON THE HOLLYWOOD ARTS COLLECTIVE
The Actors Fund and affordable housing developer Thomas Safran & Associates broke ground on The Hollywood Arts Collective, a $120 million project that will include 151 units of affordable housing for artists.
