Outreach and Education
We also serve as Housing Ambassadors in New York City, partner with the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs and offer seminars and assistance for our community with applying for affordable housing.

This free online service created by several State housing agencies allows searches for rental housing using a wide variety of criteria and special mapping features, lists detailed information about each unit and provides links to housing resources. Includes helpful tools for renters like an affordability calculator, a rental checklist and information about renter’s rights and responsibilities.
Metropolitan Tenants Organization
The Metropolitan Tenants Organization educates, organizes and empowers tenants to have a voice in the decisions that affect the affordability and availability of decent and safe housing. Their website offers FAQ’s on a variety of landlord/tenant issues, they run a healthy homes programs and are involved in related legislation.
Illinois Tenants Union
This site serves those who rent apartment, condos or houses in the City of Chicago, Cook County or elsewhere in the suburban metropolitan area.
