Housing Run by The Actors Fund

The Actors Fund operates several affordable housing opportunities across the country.

  • The Dorothy Ross Friedman Residence is an affordable, supportive housing residence on West 57th Street in Manhattan, providing housing to low-income professionals in entertainment and the performing arts, seniors and persons with HIV/AIDS. APPLY NOW
  • The Schermerhorn in Downtown Brooklyn provides housing to low-income professionals in entertainment and the performing arts. The Schermerhorn also offers housing to formerly homeless individuals with HIV/AIDS or mental health needs, referred through HASA or DHS.  APPLY NOW
  • The Actors Fund Home in Englewood, New Jersey is an assisted living and skilled nursing home for people who have dedicated a major portion of their professional lives to  performing arts and entertainment and their immediate families.
  • The Palm View Residence provides affordable housing to industry members with HIV/AIDS in West Hollywood, California.
