Entertainment Industry COVID Vaccine and Flu Shot Clinic (Chicago)
The Chicago Federation of Labor, The Actors Fund and Howard Brown Health are pleased to announce a COVID-19 and flu shot vaccine clinic on Tuesday, October 5, from 1 pm–5:30 pm CT. This event is open to the public.
The clinic is offering Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines for anyone age 18+, and Pfizer vaccines for anyone ages 12+. In addition, flu shots will be available for anyone ages 3+. Rapid HIV testing is also available.
Please register at chicagolabor.org/vaccine. Registration is strongly encouraged, but not required. Walk-ins welcome.
All services are available for insured and uninsured attendees. Please bring a government issued ID and if insured, your health insurance card.
