Establishing a Personal Mindfulness Meditation Practice (NY)
As mindfulness becomes a buzzword in our modern world, its meaning has grown increasingly murky. Our goal is to dispel some of the big myths surrounding mindfulness and introduce a variety of techniques that will allow you to choose how to make mindfulness a part of your daily life.
This workshop will culminate in a 30-minute guided meditation exercise appropriate for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
