Financial Wellness Graduates: QuickBooks (NYC)

What QuickBooks Can Do For You

  • Tired of keeping your receipts in shoeboxes? 
  • Wouldn’t you really like to know how much you can save in tax deductions? 
  • Would you like to keep your entertainment industry earnings and expenses separate from your non-entertainment industry receipts and know how much you have in each account?

It’s easy with QuickBooks! Learn how to create your own company for entertainment industry and non-entertainment industry transactions and keep the books for it. You can keep track of your earnings and expenses and know which is which and what it was for.  QuickBooks does all of the math and recording. All you have to do is enter in your information. And entering in your information is data entry - typing! Sounds easy and it is.  

Get hands-on experience and learn everything you need to get up and running with QuickBooks in a single two-hour session. You will be seated at a PC with QuickBooks installed. 

This session will be facilitated by Rita Renner, an experienced bookkeeper and user of QuickBooks.

Prerequisite: 

Open only to those who have completed both Budgeting Nuts & Bolts and Managing Cash Flow.
