The Actors Fund Artists Health Insurance Resource Center joins forces with Howl Arts, Inc. to provide unbiased assistance with the NY State of Health Marketplace and answers to medical billing and insurance-related questions. The Insurance Doctor Is In brings these services downtown to the Howl! Happening gallery and performance space in the East Village. www.howlarts.org
