Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) - National

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is an 8-week group for professionals in the entertainment community. This evidence-based educational group was developed for people in chronic physical pain, and helps people suffering from chronic stress (i.e., isolation, living in uncertainty). MBSR uses meditation, mindful movement and inquiry as a way for people to develop skills enabling them to relate differently to stresses in their lives.
