Self-Care For Women in the Entertainment Industry (NY)
A 9-week group for women facing medical challenges interested in connecting with others to promote self-care through discussion and mindfulness techniques. As a program of the Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative, this group will focus on cultivating holistic health and well-being, creating a space for members to share, support one another and replenish.
Prerequisite:
Interview and weekly group commitment required.
