For over 20 years, Serena has been the creator of innovative career development programs for prominent universities, organizations, and corporate teams. She has assisted thousands of career transitioning adults in realizing their professional aspirations. Serena has designed and delivered hundreds of resume and interviewing sessions for diverse company work group(s) including enterprise wide sessions on internal mobility and reduction in force. Serena is a frequent speaker for Human Resource groups on “Creating an Institutional Fit: Strategies for Recruiting the Right Candidate,” “Human Resources Trends,” “Interviewing Strategies for Hiring Practices,” and “How to Have Career Conversations with Your Employees.” Serena’s first occupational dream was to be a professional dancer and subsequently, she had the honor of working with many professional dancers as a career counselor at Career Transition For Dancers (now part of the The Actors Fund). Her appreciation and love of working with creative professionals has maintained throughout her career.
